Handmade with love by one person orders will take 1-2 weeks to make and ship, shipping times at checkout are delivery times not processing.

Once packages leave my hand I cannot control what happens. I use USPS/UPS to ship, if you would like to request UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, contact me before purchasing. All my packages are insured for damages and loss but if a package gets marked as delivered there is nothing I can do, unless you pay for signature conformation.
